Q: How long will it take until my sign is delivered after I order and pay for it?
A: We have a 48 hour turnaround time, or less, from the time you place AND PAY for your order.
Q: How long do we get to rent the sign?
A: Our rentals are for 7 days
Q: Do we pay now or after pick-up?
A: The sign is paid for at the time you order using PayPal.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: All orders are processed by credit card through PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, or your PayPal account.
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
A: No, they have an option where you can pay without opening an account with them.
Q: When do I place my order?
A: Place your order once your baby is born, as we will need baby's birth stats, and determine which of your favorite signs are available.
Q: Do we need to sign for anything when the sign is delivered or picked up?
A: No signatures are necessary. We want to make the process as seamless as possible for new parents. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email. Then your sign will be delivered within 48 hours.
Q: Is there lighting for the sign?
A: We set up a spotlight on a timer and use an extension cord to an outlet on the outside of your home, if there is an accessible one.
Q: What if there is no outside outlet?
A: With no accessible outlet, we're sorry but we won't be able to set up a spotlight.
Q: What is included in the rental fee?
A: Our rental fee is a flat rate of $94.00. The rental is for 7 days. Once an order is placed and paid for, we deliver the sign, set it up with a spotlight on a timer (if there is an accessible outlet on the house), and a heart (for girls) or a star (for boys) with your baby's name/weight/birthdate information. After 7 days, we will pick up the sign and leave the heart or the star near your front door for you to keep.
Q: Do I get to keep anything?
A: When we return to pick up your sign we will untie the heart (for girls) or the star (for boys) and leave it near your front door for you to keep.
Q: What if there are twins or more?
A: We currently have just one sign available for twins but are working on more, including triplets and higher!
Q: Am I responsible if the sign gets damaged while its in my yard?
A: Bella Bébés is fully insured and will not hold clients responsible for unintentional or weather-related damage.
Q: Why do I have to indicate (3) different sign choices when placing an order?
A: Each of our signs is unique and has been handpainted by an illustrator. No two are the same nor would we want them to be. (We will do our best to accommodate your first choice, however, cannot guarantee a particular sign as it may be already on location. Should the first one not be available, we will use your second choice, then your third.)
